The Arnica Montana plant has been used for centuries in topical applications. In this water-based, easily absorbed moisturising formula it helps provide cooling, soothing and relaxing benefits to over stressed skin and muscles. It is particularly useful to those involved in strenuous activity or sports. Suitable for all the family, it produces no chill or burn.Ideal for use on bumps and trauma to skin and muscle to help reduce swelling and bruising.
How to use
Apply generously and as often as required to the affected area. Allow to sink into the skin, there is no need to massage into the skin. Use regularly for best results. Do not apply to broken skin.
